At Pop Maison, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
